Second workshop and further mentoring

It was another action packed day for the ABLP second workshop that concentrated on Business Developement providing detail on local and international opportunities, marketing and branding and also detail of the Indigenous Procurement Policy. The group was joined by Megan Creagh from the Wheatbelt Development Commission who shared detail on her role as the Local Content Advisor for the region.

Ongoing mentoring and support has occured during this time providing support to participants to progress their plans to further develop their business ideas. Particpants are gaining greater clarity regarding the potential of their businesses and some are beginiing to develop financial forecasts for the new financial year, others are rebranding, develping their marketing literature and starting to further develop their networks and distribution outlets.
