ABLP third workshop

A final workshop providing detail on staffing businesses and also looking at maximising team performance through good leadership and use of emotional intelligence was held at BKB in Northam. The group had a fun filled day, completing various activities during the session and were provided with additonal resources to measure thier range of EI skills post the workshop session.

Participants continue to support each other during the sessions with a strong bond developing with the group. The group share positive stories and plans for their businesses, continue to network and seek opportunities to collaborate and improve their business offerings.

One on one mentoring supports have continued during this time with many participants continuing to make steady progress with their busienss ideas, some have increased sales by adopting strategies discussed, others redefined their business offering and some are now even investigating restructuring their business entities to allow greater freedom for them to operate independantly of others.
