Mentoring sessions and initial workshop

Participants have enjoyed mentoring sessions where they have set initial business goals and begun working towards achieving them using action planning techniques. Progress has included new businesses being registered, existing businesses improving their processes, adjusting marketing techniques and pricing leading to increased sale activity.

A number of available group members gathered at BKB in Northam for the initial ABLP workshop where they shared their business story, increased their networks and understanding of what it takes to be in a successful business. A fun day was had by all with some great business connections made, a lot of positivity and excellent feedback.
