Further visits to assist participants to implement their plans

A number of visits occur to the region where we help participants to finalise their plans and prepare for the future and completion of the ABLP. Further resources are provided to individuals and we encourage them to form a networking group to support each other moving forward. Preparations are underway to celebrate the end of the program with a graduation dinner where participants can reflect on their journey, share their stories and aspirations and further develop their networks.
