BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management
The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management is a nationally-accredited qualification that reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
Undertaking this qualification with Betterlink Group will provide an opportunity to develop their skill set and build their body of knowledge for a future in management.
Entry requirements:
There are no pre-requisites for entry into the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management, the course is designed wherever possible to draw upon workplace experiences for both the learning and assessment activities.
Recommended units:
The qualification requires twelve units to be completed, consisting of six core units and sixt electives.
Other units may be available from the BSB Business Services Training Package, other endorsed Training Packages or current accredited courses, please contact us for more detail if your preferred units do not appear below.

BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally-recognised qualification that reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likley to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Undertaking this qualification with Betterlink Group will provide an opportunity to develop or refine efficient frontline leadership and management skills.
