The BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management is a nationally-accredited qualification that provides a great way for managers to develop their skill set and build their body of knowledge for a future in human resource management.

Entry requirements:
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:

Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies): BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes; BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations; BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes. Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.

Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience. The course is designed wherever possible to draw upon workplace experiences for both the learning and assessment activities.

Recommended units:
The qualification requires twelve units to be completed, consisting of seven core and five electives, at least four of the electives must be taken from the prescribed electives within the Training Package. If not listed within the prescribed electives, one unit may be taken from any endorsed Training Package or accredited course at Certificate IV level or above.

The BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management is a nationally-accredited qualification that is the ideal entry point for your new career in HR.
