The BSB50615 Diploma of Human Resource Management is a nationally-accredited qualification that provides a great way for managers to develop their skill set and build their body of knowledge for a future in human resource management.

Entry requirements:

There are no pre-requisites for entry into the BSB50615 Diploma of Human Resource Management, the course is designed wherever possible to draw upon workplace experiences for both the learning and assessment activities.

Recommended units:

The qualification requires nine units to be completed, consisting of six core and three electives, at least two of the electives must be taken from the prescribed electives within the Training Package. If not listed within the prescribed electives, one unit may be taken from any endorsed Training Package or accredited course at Certificate IV level or above.
